Holiday Night Light Parade

We went to our first Holiday Night light parade. It was cold and festive and fun. There were a lot of people there to watch. The floats were all decked out in Christmas lights and characters from our favorite Christmas stories. Here is a slide show of the parade, hope you enjoy it like we did.

Happy Thanksgiving

This was our first Thanksgiving with our Idaho relatives in 9 years! Grandpa cooked the turkey in a turkey fryer...that was a first for us! We had a great dinner with a lot of good food. Nash was sick with a bad cold, cough and a fever so he missed dinner, but ate later on that night. Here is a couple of pics for you to enjoy.

Wednesday the 21st

Rebecca turned 12 on Wednesday!
We went out for some dinner then back home for cake with trick candles that re-light after you blow them out. Some great gifts and a lot of love and fun with family!

Happy Halloween

Our first Halloween in our new town and boy was it full of spooky surprises!
We were Trick-r-Treating a nice new neighborhood not far from where we live and then decided to drive into town and Trick-r-Treat some more, well we only got about a 1/2 of a mile from home.
The pick-up we were driving had some mechanical issues and the clutch and most likely the transmission went out. We called my Mom's Uncle Gary for help and he came out to drive us home. Good thing we already had tons of candy and we were cold and tired. We arrived home safe and happy, sorted our candy and got ready for bed. Hope you all had a 'Boo-tiful' night!

A Fresh Start

Hello,
So today was the very first day of school. We attend three different schools here, (Mill Creek Elementary, Middleton Middle and Middleton High School). The people are very friendly and nice. We live in a very small town compared to where we came from but, there are bigger cities all around. We all 3 ride the same bus everyday. We catch the bus at 7:30 each morning. On Wednesday's we get out of school at 1:55 instead of 2:55 (the regular time)

On our way here from Portland we drove through all kinds of wintry/fall weather. There was a lot of rain and wind and then snow! Wet slushy snow but snow none the less.

We will be back soon with more updates and some pictures.
